1. In Shopify Admin (backoffice),
click on the Customers link on the left side menu
2. Click the Add Customer button in the upper right corner
3. Fill out the form with available information . IMPORTANT you must Add the approved tag (all lowercase) to the customer. Press Enter after typing to ensure it takes; if done correctly it will look like the image below
4. Click Save in the upper right corner
