Resources for your practice

The material behind the product, gathered in one place.

A glass-fronted refrigerator built into a wooden reception counter, stocked with bottles of Doctor’s Biome.
Built into the counter, where patients see it.

Everything here is already published on this site. This page is the shortcut, so you are not hunting for the study or the strain list while a patient is waiting.

Handling in a practice

  • Refrigerate on arrival and keep it refrigerated until it is handed over.
  • Orders travel in an insulated carton with a frozen gel pack.
  • Each bottle carries a best by date. Rotate your stock against it.
  • One 2 fl oz bottle a day; a thirty bottle box is a thirty day supply.

What is actually in it

Both products carry the same fifteen organisms, named on the label by genus, species and strain. Each product page lists every one of them with its taxonomy, where it was first described and who described it, its basic microbiology, and a plain account of what has and has not been studied about that specific strain, including the several for which the honest answer is that no strain-level study exists.
